Nature of services

Our services support relaxation, spiritual exploration, personal wellbeing and self-awareness. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Bookings and participation

• Appointments and workshop seats are confirmed after required payment and confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate information and attend at the agreed time.
• Participants must follow facilitator instructions and behave respectfully.
• We may refuse or discontinue a service where safety, suitability or respectful conduct is a concern.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no particular result is guaranteed. Participants remain responsible for their decisions.

Workshop materials

Training materials, recordings, methods, graphics and handouts are for the registered participant's personal use and may not be copied, recorded, resold or distributed without written permission.

Scheduling

Sessions or workshops may be rescheduled due to facilitator availability, safety or circumstances beyond reasonable control. An alternative date or applicable remedy will be offered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to competent courts having jurisdiction over the business location.
